House title transfer fees??

Hi, I was hoping if someone could tell me how much it would cost(approximately) to have the following done by a lawyer. Three of us own a house and two of us are buying out the other. It is a straight cash deal with no complications. I am currently located in Alberta. I just do not want to get overcharged for a simple transaction. Thank you.

Doing it yourself will be the cheapest and it is not rocket science.

You can call them and they are quite helpful. Using a lawyer is a waste of your money.
