Where to get tires switched to winters in Ottawa [Archive]

So I already have a set of Winters (on rims) from last season, and just want a good place to get them put on in Ottawa

Will any tire shops on the Ontario side put studs into winter tires, or do you have to go across the river for that? I was thinking Pneus Lavoie if I have to go to Gatineau - can anyone recommend them?

isn't it illegal to have studded tires?

how much do they charge?

i went to active green and ross to get my tires swapped when i got an oil change. they charged me $10... woulda been free if i bought my tires from them.
