Water pooling on window sills

So when we first moved into our new house 6 years ago we had this problem, but haven't in the last few years. All of a sudden this year, our house is constantly pooling water in all the window sills. We turned OFF the central humidifier, I have no idea what the problem is, the house shouldn't be "sweating" anymore right? Anyone have any ideas?

More than likely the humidity is high in your house

Do you have an HRV? If it stopped working, your humidity would increase in the house (assuming new construction... tight building envelope).

Also check your bathroom/kitchen fans for function/blockage... this could cause the humidity level of the house to go up as well.
