So... I witnessed a hit and run

Unfortunately, I doubt justice will be served.

Even though I filed a statement with the police, they will not be contacting the victim!

I didn't get a chance to leave the victim with my contact information (no pen), so all I did was take photos of the suspect and victim's license plate. I wouldn't even mind paying $10 to run the victim's plate but the service is no longer offered.

So if anyone knows someone that was involved in a hit and run at a parking lot this morning, tell them they should report it.

Well. Where? When? and What type of car?

Same thing happened to myself and my brother. it was against a parked car.

We got the lisence plate and make etc of the vehicle that hit and the lisence and type of the parked vehicle.

Called the police and they couldnt care. wouldnt even take a report. Didnt like it when they were called a waste of taxpayer money.
We called the insurance company.. and they couldnt care either!
Went back the next day and managed to leave a note for the guy. He called us and was mad when we told him we tried to tell them and couldnt care.
He lodged a complaint and was told we never called adn it wasnt like that.
