This company sold me a TV system for $4500 which included a $400 warranty for 4 years in 2006 at their Bloor Street store near Kipling. I had a problem and have now found out that the warranty monies were never given to the warranty company.
I am now simply put "SKEWED"
I really would appreciate knowing the other companies on Dundas owned by this same owner

I take it you are taking them to small claims court?

Although, of course, we are very skeptical of first-time posters with these kinds of problems. My usual nickname for them is "competitors."

Exactly. Or it could be a case of a customer not getting exactly what they want from the store (whether they deserve it or not) and they take it upon themselves to try to unfairly ruin the reputation of the store. There's a lot of customers who have unreasonable expectations when it comes to businesses.
