Pick some HK or China or Taiwan carrier, download their East Asia version of your bold os update.

Follow the following link's instruction
http://crackberry.com/blackberry-101-how-install-or-upgrade-new-rim-operating-system-os

tip-if you have newer version of blackberry desktop, disconnect yourself from the internet before opening the desktop software (the software would verify online to check your os)

It's a Rogers branded BB Bold?

You have desktop software installed?

Follow these steps from your PC, follow each step. After all that is done then go back to your phone...menu>option>language and change it to the language you added. (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/update/)

Web-based BlackBerry Device Software updates allow BlackBerry smartphone users to perform the following tasks:

* Update the BlackBerry Device Software on their BlackBerry smartphones
* Add or remove applications and support for languages
* Turn on or turn off notifications for available BlackBerry Device Software updates

Sorry i don't have a Bold anymore but i did add Chinese via this route when i updated OS (iphone guy now) Good luck.

**note** make sure your Bold's battery is 100%

If for some reason you've never had the desktop software loaded to your PC then...

download this latest version Blackberry desktop software (https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F 3BB068C22&dl=3C541057A34F58324C25DAE3A00E2C89)

follow the prompts and select all the languages you'll need.

Rogers bold firmware took out east asian language support. That's why op needs to look into another carrier.

Your Bold is from?
Are you the original owner?
Have you ever upgraded from out of the box (if original owner)?
Do you currently have the desktop software on your PC?
Is your phone for personal use?

I'll be back in 30 mins got to step out.
