USB DAC to AMP - RCA or Optical Toslink?

So my USB DAC offers a handful of output options but my AMP can only take two types, S/PDIF or RCA(L(White) & R(Red)).

Which one should I go for?

Thanks.

If you use the SPDIF input of your amp, then you are using it's built in DAC and bypassing the USB unit's DAC.

If you use the rca connections (red + white) inputs to your amp, then you are using the USB unit's DAC.

Unless you have golden ears, play high res material, or have a really high end system, the differences between the two will be minimal IMO. You should try both output options and see which one you like the best.
