Hello. I was just wondering if someone could direct me to some good green cleaning websites. Thanks!

Canadian Tire has a whole line of "green" cleaning products which regularly goes on sale. I have used a few and they are effective.

You can also use a bleach/water solution with a ratio of 3/97 and let it sit on the surface for 5 minutes or so. The higher the concentration of bleach the lower the waiting time...

I've heard of steam as well. My inlaws use a steam mop for their floors.. works pretty well too. I've also seen commercials on TV for a steam cleaner and they showed it cleaning grout. Never tried it myself except for the steam mop. Our tile floors are too rough for it tho and just destroyed the mop cover.

+1 for steam.
Got a canister steam cleaner a couple of years ago and it does an amazing job on my bathroom tiles and grout. I had some stubborn mold on a part of the shower and I was amazed at how well steam worked on it. I only do the steam cleaning twice a year now because the mold has never re-appeared.
As for rough tile, just blast it with steam and wipe or rinse with water. The steam gets into the little nooks and crannies and loosens things up quite nicely.
If the green aspect matters to you, this is about as green as you can get since the only thing involved in the process is boiled water. I actually got the steamer to clean bird cages. My vet recommended I use steam so I could avoid using some of the nasty chemicals that need to be carefully washed off because they can harm the sensitive little critters.

Sure. For clothes. :)
I bought this one. It was on sale for about $80 I think.

I know there are much better units out there but you will also spend several hundred dollars on them. For the price, (especially what I paid) I find it to be a very competent unit.

I use either vinegar & Borax in a spray bottle & wipe with a microfiber cloth, or if I'm particularly motivated I use my shark steam blaster with a microfiber cloth, but usually I'm too lazy to schlep the steam cleaner up from the basement. The microfiber cloths really scrub out the soap scum well I find.
