Intel Ultimate N Wireless Link 5300: 533AN_MMW vs 533AN_MMWW2

Hi guys, I am looking into a wireless N PCI-E mini card for my netbook and I think Intel 5300 would work for me. I noticed there are two models: 533AN_MMW and 533AN_MMWW2, with the latter significantly more expensive ($40s vs $150+). I am wondering if anyone knows what are the differences between the two? Thank you in advance! :)

i just got a mmw version from cc and found it incompatible with a acer aspire 5520. i think it is a hp or lenovo oem and not the retail version :o

i just googled this
Please Note: These Intel 5300 wireless cards have HP part numbers on them an may have difficulty running on a non-HP machine.
This Intel PDF indicates the MMWW2 supports Intel vPro, the MMWW does not, not sure if that alone explains the differences though. Note that if your Netbook doesn't already have three antennas, there are no benefits to the 5300 over the 5100 (unless you bought a third antenna).
