Dell mystery coupons does not work on already discounted products?

Tried to buy either one of those products with the 20% mystery coupon but it didn't look like it was applied... also it said "selected items" but never really clarified as to which items are eligible for the mystery coupon reduction?

edit: I checked to make sure the coupon was valid, and then tried to on a whole bunch of random products on their site, but it appears to not work on ANYTHING all at?

"Selected items" means the systems listed on that page where you enter the code.

And yes the systems are overpriced and so it negates any savings you would get with the 20% code. You want at least the 50% one to see any "savings".

The code does not work on anything else unfortunately.

Wow, I see how it works now. thanks.

That's really stupid, does Dell really think people fall for those gimmicks? I might just not buy from them out of spite.

I really get a big laugh about how Dell thinks their coupon deals are going to inspire a rash of sales with RFD members.

What a JOKE !
