Hey everyone so as I get the hardware sorted out I want to pick a case. I could care less about cathode lights or anything like that so other than that I'm looking at the NZXT Phantom case. I'm not sure if it's out yet but if you do a YouTube search there are a few good videos on it.
Should I get a full tower like that or a mid tower. I will be doing SLI and also, can a triple screen setup be done with nvidia cards or just the ATI cards?

You need to SLI for triple monitor with NV.

So you can do 3 screens with sli? That's good because I was leaning towards the nvidia cards rather than ATI

The kicker here is that unlike ATI, you won't be able to get games going across all three, see http://www.slizone.com/object/sli_multi_monitor.html

Hmm, I would love to have the eyefinity setup in the future. Are the ATI cards comparable performance and quality wise as the nvidia cards? And of I did do this setup how likely would it be that I could use max settings and still use all 3 screens at the same time with perfect framerates all the time?

Dollar for dollar most ATI cards are faster than Nvidia cards, but given that you'll be at something like 5760 x 1080 I don't think high settings on everything will be possible unless you're spending a lot of cash. A single HD 5870 should be able to do 3-way Eyefinity with pretty much anything at medium settings.

Go read reviews on eyefinity...

I go for Lian-Li because I like the build quality and look of aluminum. However, I've come across tons of cases, and in terms of airflow management and actual observed temps, nothing beats the HAF 932 (check the reviews, it is pretty much the coolest running case). The 922 is better than most as well, but the 932 is roomier (but for some reason, lets out more noise than the 922). Just don't like the looks of the 922/932 much, but I did choose them for my last two builds because of the performance - and saw a 20c drop (gfx and internal case temp) for a system I moved to the new case.

Ok, so on the CanadaComputers website, if I look for PCI-E cards, and I look at an asus or XFX card powered by ATI, will it be the same in terms of doing eyefinity and performance wise as an original ATI one? whats the difference between an ATI one and an XFX one??
Kind of a stupid question, but in terms of the power consumptionl, would running 3 monitors and a game @ max settings with say, a 1000W PSU do anything to my electrical bill really? I assume no, but just a question....

Obviously..where would the electricity come from for the other 2 monitors?

Well, a 1000w PSU doesn't just use more power than a 500w PSU. It can use UP TO 1000w if your system is drawing that much. Most higher-wattage PSUs will run at greater efficiency with a lower load, which is good.
But yeah, if you're gaming with three monitors and big graphics cards and powerful CPUs, you'll be drawing a lot of power. It probably won't be that noticeable on your bill though, because you won't be in blaze mode 24/7, and you probably already have a computer you game on, so maybe a buck or two. Don't worry about it unless you wear hemp underwear and have a water collection tank on your roof.

LOL, thanks, obviously itll drive more power with 2 extra screens, was just wondering

And if you end up with a powerful rig that pulls 1000w+, you might think about running a dedicated line to your panel since each breaker is only 15A. It depends on how many items are on the circuit of course.
