looking to sell my 10/10 mint condition T-mobile blackberry 8520. it's unlocked so it can me used on most GSM providers and has been updated to the latest OS firmware.

this is the white model btw.

it comes with the following :

1. car charger
2. usb data/charging cable
3. official BB brand white silicon skin
4. software disc
5. manual
6. 2 gig memory card

this thing is in perfect condition and runs smoothly...

asking $175 FIRM

others selling the same phone are asking $200 and up so my asking price is quite fair considering. not interested in trades just looking to sell.

located within the GTA so meeting up wouldn't be an issue as long as you are serious about buying it.

look, i know the buyer is upset and it's been takin a while to fix this matter. but at the same time i work a job that isn't a 9 - 5 and i have to do my best before or after i work to look into things.

the tracking number was lost when the car was cleaned out (not my doing, not my car) and the post office is as you already know not too helpful once the package is in their system. all i get is a run around with we are looking into it and then ask for the addresses that were used.

i have been keeping in touch with the buyer as you can see, but there are times that i'm at work and can't respond right away.

i would have refunded the buyer back the money but yet again i ran into a problem with that because my job paid me in a manual check that was not a company one and my bank is holding it till it clears... so for the moment i do not have the funds to do so and have also just explained it to the buyer as i was at the bank today inquiring.

as you can see by my feedback i have had good references and have been a member for a while now.. so i'm not out to scam or smudge my rep on here... this was just an unfortunate incident that i'm trying to clear up.

i apologize for things.

also to the buyer, can you please remove my contact numbers. i know how some people can be on here and do not want someone calling me to spout off about something that is not their business. i would appreciate that much or if the moderator could edit the posting.

i have also learned my lesson about shipping and will only be doing local in person transactions from now on. wayyyy too much of a hassle when something goes wrong. and i never noticed the buyers PM at the time i was logged in and when i came back got the inbox message... and yes i did reply.

so let's not let things get out of hand. and you can also message those people i did transactions with to see they are not made up. i have not reason to pull any stunts on here.

sounds good, so did u call them for the new tracking number and ask them why the post office accepted a bad sender address.or either op provided u a wrong address or u wrote it incorrectly.

this guy is abd news, i was going to buy this phone off of him but thank god i found someone better. also a while back i tried to set up a meeting with this guy cuz he wanted an iPod Nano 5th Gen with the video for a blackberry curve 8900, we set the deal, when we set up to meet up, he completly stopped replying... bad seller.. should rlly be banned/reported to the cops...

i have had over 25 texts from members calling me out and claiming i'm a scammer when i am not such a person. if i was looking to take his money and run don't you think i would have done that ? and not given my real info ? so it's kind of ridiculous that i'm getting emails, texts and messages left on my voicemail saying that they want to "kick my azz" "people like me should be killed and if they see me they would swerve to hit me intentionally"

At this point in time, you look incredibly shady. It's been almost an ENTIRE MONTH since you sent out the phone, you live in the same province and the buyer still hasn't gotten it and has sent you money so long ago. That's ridiculous. I could've ordered something from Australia or China and it would've arrived by now.

You should've just took things into your own hands and REQUEST/DEMAND just ONE day off so that you can drive over to a mutual location and hand him over the phone. The phone's sitting in Guelph? Then go there yourself, pick it up and goto the meeting spot to give it the buyer. No questions asked. There are so many ways around this but you keep making excuse after excuse.

And like others have said, if your personal info wasn't posted, we're all sure that you would've taken the money and run. That's what scammers do.

Cannot trust the RFD BST feedback even (He has 7 +ve)
He is last seen on RFD at 8/24 2 pm, I pm'ed him and he didn't reply either

What happened

I bought a BlackBerry 8520 off Dave
EMT'ed him $170 on 7/31
He accepted the payment
Never provided tracking #
The phone never arrived, as of 8/24 (24 days later)
He never replied me after Aug 10 when I demand a refund

Neondawg replied my PM and explained his situation. As I mention earlier, his personal info can be temporary removed if he contact me and show motivation to solve this.

He mention that buyer or his friends did call him, txt him and email him to harasse and threat him for this transaction. Again, if those person were identified as RFD member, they will be banned permanently.

I've given seller few more days to get CP re-direct the delivery. Hope things will solve by then.

Gave neondawk a lot of time to get this solved. Asking him for an update at the beginning ofthe week, he said he will have get the phone back on Thursday and then contact jerryhung to give him the phone. PM him again on Thursday, no news again...

I believe I gave enough time and chance for neondawg to get this solved and he didn't even get me or jerryhung a reply.
