help in need! where can I find a kitten nursing home?

Long story short, I took this 3-4 weeks old kitten from my neighbor's backyard because it was all alone but in healthy shape, the weather was cold and raining, I cannot see myself for not doing what I did, it was just the right thing to do... :(

However I have no experience on taking care of such young kitten

Is there anyone or anywhere that would take this kitten and nurse it?

If you don't want it you could put it up for adoption yourself or through an animal shelter.
