Best deal on internal (3.5") hard drives?

Has anyone seen a good deal for internal hard drives? Looking for extra storage space (1-2TB), and I'm not necessarily concerned about speed. I assume my best bet is online retailers like NCIX as opposed to place like FS and BB.

I'm hoping for some TBs for BD too. I have my eye on NewEgg, NCIX and Amazon.ca for some deals.

CC price is nice for the 1.5TB but I'd like a shipped deal -- not going to be running around shops for it.

Keep the HD deals coming.
