archos tech support
is god damned horrid. i've been waiting for like 20 minutes now.
my brand new 404's audio jack is messed, i only hear out of 1 ear. i've tested multiple headphones. damn it

If someone had a broken Archos unit, anyone think these guys would be willing to take it in, mail you a new one without much of a charge?
I sorta know someone in a situation like that.

try pushing your earphones in more?
