Holding out hope for my "poor" six-figure-income wifey to gift me one for my 40th. Hopefully she won't cheap out and get a Tag, because "that's what all the guys in my office are into" :D
Yeah right. I bought my wife a 36mm DJ fluted bezel with diamonds. I wish my wife would buy me a watch lol

idk if it's related at all... but there's currently about 7 york region Suvs creating a perimeter along markham road north of 14th (and south of the 407) and east of markham road on 14th. All are parked in a way that their headlights and spot lights are facing the residential area to the East. Theyve been there for quite awhile....they're definitely looking / waiting for something or someone
Yeah I was around the area when they started converging. They were definitely looking for someone. I didn’t see any arrests.

Wrong, total murders in GTA with population of 6.4m (2016) and 96 murders this year for a rate of 0.00015 murder per capita

NYC has population of 8.6m and 238murder for a rate of 0.0000277 murder per capital or almost double of GTA

Also need to remember our numbers include the van attack and Danforth shooting from mentally unstable people

As you can hopefully work out ...8.6m is not 4x of 6.4m

stats guy, always lieing...how fitting. Comparing the GTA, which has an area of 7000 km2 to NYC which has an area of 700km2 doesn't make sense. Why not compare just Toronto to NYC? Both cities have an approximate size of 700km2, and geographic area is also important factor in considering crime. When you compare just Toronto (not GTA) to NYC, then the population of Toronto vs NYC is around 3.2x. Toronto has a pop of 2.7million, and NYC has a pop of 8.6 million. Put that into context and suddenly the numbers don't look so good. Also NYC also had a bunch of terrorist attacks in 2018.

Lets not make up excuses...we simply need to do better and weed out these nut jobs.

lol i guess they weren’t prepared for such crime. nothing big ever happens in this crappy mall Cat Face With Tears Of Joy
you'll be surprised to hear this, but security guards get paid minimum wage and aren't trained in combat, in weapons, or anything else. They're glorified cashiers for the most part, who are there just to look the part.

Nah, don’t worry at all. I’ve been to Markville Mall and there ain’t no Asian hotties there so no one got hurt if they aren’t there.

Oriental rugs have gained SENTIENCE??? OMG...
Lol a few years ago one of the players on my softball team referred to another player as oriental.

The guy said if he ever calls him that again he’ll punch his lights out.

6’4 built high level baseball player/white guy was the one saying oriental. Asian guy was like 5’7. I lol’d.

Donno and don't care about whatever you are trying to statisticate, but you missed a 0.

LOL and I'm pretty sure the poster who first mentioned "oriental"...is oriental herself.

meh, all the elite soldiers in our armies are under 6ft tall. Average around 5'10 . Guess height is a disadvantage when you're being shot at.

Thanks! I was, GTA murder rate is 0.00015 murders per capita, NYC is 0.00027

Not sure what Oriental has anything to do with it?

The poster wrongly thought Toronto's murder per capita was higher than NYC but he didn't know what stats he was using which is funny but also very sad

Huh? You were talking about murder rates and murder per capita, now you're talking about land area?

Toronto had a bunch of terrorist attack in 2018 as well with the van attack and Danforth shooting

Why don't you bring up the number of murders again? What? Toronto is almost half of NYC despite the mass casualty events?

The numbers are that NYC has around 2x the murder per capita of Toronto which is what matters . Nobody measures murder per land area as it's absurd . Why not measure murder by water pressure?
