Asian salon/hairstylist in Ottawa? Need help?

Hi guys,

I'm in Ottawa and was reading the thread on asian salons in TO and was wondering if there is anyone out there that could recommend an asian salon or a salon with a good asian hairstylist in Ottawa. I've tried alot of places with no luck. Alot of salons with caucasian hairstylists don't understand what I want. For example, I keep telling them to thin out my hair and give me alot of layers and they do the opposite. Some of them actually say "no, you shouldnt't thin out your hair and too many layers won't look good and make it stick up" and just give me a straight cut. I am asian with very thick hair and alot of the hairstylists actually keep complaining as they cut my hair about the thickness of my hair and how long it is taking to cut my hair. I think alot of them are just lazy because to thin out and layer my hair to the way I like it takes some time. I used to go to this one place and the Italian guy did an awesome job. But he moved out of town.....Now I have noone
I used to pay him $70 a cut...I don't mind paying this amout as long as it looks good and the hairstylist doesnt't keep complaining...I hate that So does anyone have any recommendations I would really appreciate it. Also, I like HK styles like the styles of the HK pop singers and TVB stars and I'm in my 20s so a hip/funky stylist pls
