asian songs?

Anyone know where I can download asian songs??? I have the cds, but I don't know how to transfer them from cd to mp3, what program do I need? Not sure whether this will be locked or not, but if it will, pm me the answer.

I think Nero can do it..but there's probably better/free programs that do this.
