I run up a hill at exactly 15km/h. Assuming the distance up one side and down the other is the same, how fast must I run down the other side so that my average speed is 30km/h?

All the way to the top. Think of the hill like an equilateral triangle. I run from the left vertex to the top at 15km/h, and then from the top to the right vertex at some constant speed x.
