you could get a pair of Serengeti from costco for about 160-200, they sell them for real cheap
one thing, the photochromic effect on serengetis are not as significant as they are on the Olivers people sunglasses, in fact when I played with it, I couldn't see it change color at all.

Gucci's markup is about 50%
we sell gucci's for about 200~260 for the frame
downtown stores sells for double the price
I don't recall that Gucci makes Men's titanium frames, Hugo Boss, Aramani, and Burberry does though.

Well, they are cheap, but buy at your own risk
1. Warrantee would be a hassle
2. unless your eye doctor measured your PD for you, you would have to do it urself
3. they can't adjust the glasses according to your face
for something like eyeglasses, I prefer B&M store, so if anything happens, I could go and b!tch @ them.

If a customer wants trial contacts, do you charge them a "dispensing fee" ?
What's the highest prescription can they put on an Oakley sunglasses frame?
Well, we don't carry Renu big boxes solution, there's no profit for those.
You can't just walk in and ask for a pair of Trial lenses, but when you order Contact lenses or eye glasses, we would be nice to give you a pair upon your request.
no we don't charge dispensing fee. However, if you are a first time contact lenses wearer, our optician would charge you a learning fee which includes the instructions for you to wear the pair of contact lenses as well as a pair of trial.
It really depends on the sunglasses frame, if it's really curved, I would say less than -4.00, if it's mildly curved or straight, I don't think you would have a problem unless you go over -6.50. Their sunglasses frames are pretty small and not very curved.

I would thank you first...
Apparently, Alain Miklis and Lindberg has the worst profit margin, their markup is somewhere around 25%, the cost is pretty high...Holt Renfrew or other boutiques in downtown would charge you close to 1000 for the frame while we only charge about 450
We make more money on frames like Gucci and Burberry

Does that Bauch and Combe (sp?) solution really cause eye infections?
Does your store sell trial pairs of contact lenses even though it says "not for resale" ?

no we don't sell trial lenses
I think the infection is only an isolated case, it only happened to a certain batch of solution
