This is a used 360 game from an online rental store, kinda hard to pull the trigger knowing what kind of condition it could be in.

I buy from GameAccess all the time.. never had an issue and their quality is always mint. I much prefer buying used games from there, as there's no annoying stickers or marks on the cases, plus their prices are great.

Since I use the rental service I get free shipping and 20% off as well

I can vouch for these guys, ive been buying their used stuff for awhile now. Sometimes the games even come with all the pre-order goodies and 48hour live codes!

when I tried to register it's weird.
First it ask me to choose between monthly payments for their rental service or a free trial ...
And at Step 4 of the registration the page is down ...

I'll pass

I'll get it from Amazon brand new $20 instead

This is pretty hot if the TIV is still $20 at GS/EB. I traded in mine last week towards Fable 3 and it had a $20 TIV which caught me by surprise.

Maybe that's why the Game Access server chokes when you try to checkout?
