There is another minor upgraded one from the original ASUS Zenfone 3 coming soon
http://www.gsmarena.com/asus_zenfone_3_ ... 5-8384.php

It only adds NFC and fast charging from the regular zenfone 3, everything else is the same as this one: http://www.staples.ca/en/ASUS-Zenfone3- ... g_xqXP4DSw

I wonder if it also has capacitive backlight buttons...And Gold only? Jeeze.
http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?id ... hone2=8106

Too many models now, what a horrible launch haha.
Also the newer one has gorilla glass 4 Vs gg3.
I agree, way too confusing for the average consumer.

Canada computers had it cheaper at 411, but now its at regular 429. Any sales out there?

Just to confirm, I can use either nano or micro SIM correct? I'm not forced to use the nano SIM if all I have is 1 micro SIM?

Correct. If you use two sims you will not be able to use the SD as one shares the SD tray. Minor inconvenience, I'm sure eventually there will be dedicated SD slots on these Asian phones.

AFAIK SIM slot 2 uses the SD card slot. Is slot 2 the nano or micro. Because if it's the micro, that means I can't use an SD card (My SIM is micro not nano)

Actually, the SIM/microSD slots have become more abundant over the last few years with dedicated slots disappearing slowly.

Awesome it's available! But 700$....hmmmm I think I'll stick with non-Deluxe. for 429$ minus staples coupons.

Also, bit cheaper here:
http://www.staples.ca/en/ASUS-Zenfone3- ... CA_1_20001
The 5.5 is definitely a great value and reviews are good.

What's the max Staples coupon for this, $30?

Is this a good deal?

Fine but be aware that the 430 chip is a low end product. This is a very basic phone.
The 430 isn't bad and has QC3.0 I think. It's more of a lower-mid chipset unlike the 410 that was clearly a low end chip.
