I just want to make sure I didnt get screwed for my deal?

I bought a 2003 Honda Accord 82000 Kms, its the EX-L. Leather sunroof alloy heated seats and Certified Honda. One owner.

I paid all together around 17000 including safety emission, pst and gst. So is it good deal or not. Oh I forgot I got it from Montreal QC.
