The refund policy for battdepot is 30 days..i have had it 6wks. so they dont HAVE to give me a refund, but i SURE dont want another one of thier crappy a$$ batterys b/c im afraid the same thing will happen.

I would put the battery back into the laptop and use it until it died. Then pay another $50 to replace it as necessary.

sorry...guess i forgot to mention the battery was "faulty"..this is why i wanted it OUT of my lap. it kept shutting down my laptop & making wierd noise.
so you can see why i dont want to try another one of thier batterys.

Looks like i DONT have a choice.... ;-(
Our refund policy is within 30 days. Unfortunately, you placed the order on June 02. We can provide you with exchange instead of refund. We will process your exchange once we receive your package and run through our testing procedure. Unfortunately, we do not provide refund for shipping you originally paid for and return shipping. We suggest you use the cheapest way to ship it back to us. Thanks.
