Not at all, maybe slightly heavier than an aluminum pan, but much lighter than a multiply stainless pan for sure. I have a pair from last year but I haven't had a chance to use it yet, so no comments on functionality.

For reference, this occasionally drops to ~$50, so if you can wait, it'll likely bounce down to that price point in the future.

BONUS EDIT: This version also does NOT work with induction, the Marquina PLUS version does.

The T-Fal Ingenio set does work with induction. I got it for 22$ at costco from last sale and they are pretty good. You should keep an eye out for those if you need induction-compatible non-stick.

Ahhh bummer. Paid $8 for shipping. I have the HBC card but didn't think to use it.

Also picked up a pair during Bay Days in December for $59.99. Haven't cooked in them but the quality of finish and the handling of the pan is very good.

EDIT: Btw, they are Made in Italy in case anyone was wondering.

I want to buy this, but I don't wanna pay shipping. I wish they offer in store pick up or something.

Add a filler to get above the threshold, then return the filler at store.

Yes. But since they are eventually failed after a while, I just keep collecting them. Winking Face I may throw out 1 or 2 every year.

how does this granite non-stick compare to teflon in terms of the longevity and durability of the non-stick coating?

I have the Rock (which i think is similar with a granite non-stick) and its amazing, waaaay better than non-stick (which is a health hazard too)
