BB Apple 20" iMac for $1499, Good Deal?

Best Buy is selling this [rfdlink=18]Apple[/rfdlink] 20" iMac featuring a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz Processor for $1499. Is this a good deal?

"With a slim profile, Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4GB of RAM, gorgeous 20" screen, huge 500GB hard drive and more dauntingly powerful specifications within, this iMac is ready for your most demanding applications."

Heres the link:

not a very good deal. you can get refurbished imac at apple.ca for 1049 with free shipping. you can upgrade the ram + hd yourself for cheaper than the $350 difference.

Macs are not PC's

so its unfair to compare them as they really are different

Macs prices are also set by apple so no matter where you buy it the price is going to be the same - retailers who sell apple for less usually take a loss in doing so
