BB Flipswap

Hi ,

I sent my old cellphone six week ago to flipswap the estimated price was 36 dollars, I haven't received anything from them.
I sent them an email a week ago they said they havn't received the cellphone , how this is possible, it is a Canadian address, did anyone got what they promise.
In the fine print they said they won't return the cellphone under any circumstance. They only reason I trusted them is there were on BB Website.

I tell people NEVER send it in the mail...

You can take it into a BestBuy store or BB mobile store and they give you the gift card on the spot...

be careful because the data base is all messed up.. I traded in my Omnia.. 3 times.. the last time they told me " $0 plant a tree"

I took the same phone went to another bestbuy $110

Actually I do not think you CAN even pay for tracking...

When you complete the flip swap the shipping label is generated and you print it out and stick it on the box... it is a prepaid shipping label... So it is not like you can opt in...

OP.. I think you're screwed.. Either If you couldn't opt In to get a tracking # or not they might have lost the package or the flipswap place might have lied In not receiving your phone..?

Six weeks Is too long In regards to shipping to another Canadian address..

any package you ship through canada post has tracking included.... you just have to make sure to inquire about it since they have to hit a button to make it print out. if you don't and the clerk doesn't think to hit the button it's not recorded... on smaller packages you have to ask to have it added. but a box containing a cell phone would have tracking.

go back to where you mailed it from with your receipt and they will be able to look up the transaction and find the tracking info.

anything over $12 on a small to large package includes tracking.

It took 3 month for flipswap to inspect the phone, and another 3 weeks to send me BB gift card.
Won't do it again next time I will go to the store.
