BB-HP Pavilion Desktop (Warm at least?)

For those of use looking for a media center is this one looking ok for price? It says out of stock on line, but maybe locally. It has AMD Phenom X4 Quad Core 9650, Tuner, bluray player and radeon 4350 video card. IT has samsung 20" monitor thrown in as well. 750g hard drive.

Really? With Monitor? Exact Specs? At Best buy? There. Enough questions . Seriously though, if this is the case has anybody had luck going up to best buy and trying to get previous weeks sale price?
