[Visions Electronics] BB: In-Stock Guarantee on Flat Panels, $50 off

Not sure if anyone has noticed this, but BB is guaranteeing stock on non-clearance TVs (make sure price does NOT end in .95 or .97). For example, the Samsung LN32A300 is 529.99 @ BB and is sold out both online and at my local BB. With a PM at Visions cost is down to $439 ($488-10%), then with ON taxes we are up to $497 taxes in. THEN, take off 50$ for being OOS and you get it for $447 taxes in. And you get free delivery on top of that. Not a bad deal if you can find the TV you are looking for OOS...

Not 10%, isn't it 10% of the difference, so it'd be $483.80 plus tax... not $439...

That's an OK price, but not great. I got a Samsung LN32A450 for $489.99 in early December (price matching FS at BB). My parents bought themselves a Sony 32M4000 for $499.99 at Sears during Boxing week (not on Boxing day itself).

How do you think the 32M4000 compares to the LN32A450? Which one is better?

I haven't seen the 32M4000 yet, I'm in Ottawa and my 'rents are in Mississauga. Personally, without seeing the Sony, I'm still leaning towards the Samsung A450 because the response time is 6ms vs the Sony's 8ms.

Yeah that is correct, my mistake.

If it is out of stock online, will they restock their inventory on this television? I don't think orders will be fulfilled...

How is this still not known.

Visions price match policy is 5% off lowest competitors price.. not 10% off the difference.
