Seattle Hotels
I've had decent success in using Priceline. Booked relatively cheap hotels in Renton and Seatac for between $40-60. A lot, but not all, include breakfast.

Seattle's expensive... And Seatac is horrible for restaurants. You may as well pack a bag of dogfood because what you're likely to find at the restaurants along International Boulevard (where most of the hotels are) is pretty disgusting..

I stayed at the Marriot in Lynwood which is about 30 minutes away from Seattle. The breakfast was delicious and the price for the hotel was decent.
The hotels directly in Seattle are more expensive.

I've used Priceline as well and have stayed at the Sheraton right downtown for $95.
