Anyone have any beef jerky marinade recipes they would care to share? I just started to get into this so any other tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated.
Also does anyone know of a good dehydrator I can get? Drying this stuff in the oven is getting to be a hassle.

Wal mart has fairly cheap dehydrators. will definatly save $$$$ on hydro compared to using the oven Reply With Quote

Pineapple juice instead of sugar.
It helps to soften the meat as well as give it a nice flavour. Reply With Quote

you should beable to get liquid smoke from the grocery store, spice/seasonings, thats where i got mine.
