I understand that mono price sells 6ft hdmi cables for $3-5 and thats where i purchase mine from all the time.

Came across this on the Apple store its a nice color (if you dont like the funky colored hdmi ones that go on sale at monoprice) it's Gold plated and a good brand name (BELKIN). Thought i would post it for those who are still skeptical and nervous purchasing "cheap" HDMI cables.

looks the same as the one from factory direct except for a different colour and not gold plated. Going to ask the specs of the fd cable tmr.

Even after including shipping from Monoprice.com, it's still more than double the price, plus you need to add on shipping from Apple and tax. Sorry, but cold deal IMO...

Sig electronics has 6 ft BELKIN HDMI cables in sealed large bubble plastic for $10 cash. Just buy one there if you really want Belkin.

You can also get the extreme mac branded hdmi cables which are called extreme hd their suppose to be better than the belkin ones for the same price and both have a life time guarantee. The etreme mac ones are only available online though. I have tried these belkin hdmi cables I found them to be ok nothing special.
