Also not a freebie. It's 20$ + whatever tax in your province + having to deal with bHell which depending how much you value your time is worth hundreds if not thousands. In my case, I calculated about 60 hours lost.

Don't do it! Don't deal with bHell. It looks free but in reality you will pay. Their ultra low caps are impossible to stay under and they rape you on the overages. You will start worrying about everything you do.
Steam? No
YouTube? Watch usage.
Netflix? No!
Torrents? Forget it
Email? Yes!
Separate account for teens? Yes!

It is an obvious fact but data caps are not about over subscribed networks or cost of bandwidth. It's about profits.

I still don't get it though, say you don't even plan to use the internet but you want the $100 gift card, couldn't you just pay the $20 for one month and then cancel it? Or do you only get the gift card if you keep it for a certain number of months?

I have no idea. If it's 3 months free than you would need to call and cancel in the second month since you need 30days notice.

I did a no-contract deal with this horrible company a couple years ago. Cancellation call took an hour. I almost had to threaten the guy before he put the cancellation through. Will never do any business with these jokers again.
