Bell Express vu !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my brother moved to a new place and got Bell express vu, he was not aware he has a two year contract with Express Vu and now he wants to cancel, they will charge him $249(+tax.(2 year contract, only 3 months into the contract)

how can he go around this?

You might be able to get someone else to take over the contract? It seems to work this way with the cell phones.

Hard to beat that.

I've had 2 yrs of it, getting approx $150USD value per month

I bought a used VHF, UHF antenna for $30 and put it on my roof. I get about 16 channels. The best part is that I watch less TV now, and get more stuff done. And I don't get a stupid $50 bill from rogers too!!
