I didn’t use a chat agent, just went through the online ordering system.
Yah that would be why.

I love being told if I wanted to upgrade both mine and my girlfriend to the galaxy s8 or s9 it would be $215+tax per month. That was for unlimited local and 4gig shared.

Cancelled Tuesday to get koodo for $50 each for 3gig each. Bell called 27 times. Finally gf talked to them yesterday but I wasn't there they offered a new phone and either $60 for 10gig each. Or $55 each for 10gig shared. They calling back Sunday since she said I just pay the bill the tech guy isn't here right now.
Update as of course he never called back Sunday. Called last night. The offer for the $60 for 10gig or $55 (5gig shared) was if we kept the galaxy S7s. If we wanted new phones the only way without buying them outright was for a downgrade to the galaxy A8 and even that would still be $289+ tax each. He told me phones are like stocks they go up and down hourly thru the day lol. I laughed and said sorry your "deal" is quite insulting for a so called loyal 15+ year customer and have a good day.

Just a suggestion worth considering.

Dell has started selling Samsung smartphones.

If I wasn't too tied up in Apple's ecosystem, I would pick a Samsung phone(possibly Note 9) from Dell (after applying Dell's mail-in coupon codes we get time to time) by financing using Dell Financial Service.
DFS works very well as long as you pay out the amount within free interest period (free interest period is 12 months for purchase above $1099).
I purchased a desktop and monitor for about $2500 using DFS, paid it out within interest free period. If only they start selling Apple Iphone X onwards, I'd definitely pick from them rather than deal with Big 3 for a device.

Thanks that's good to know. Actually switching to Koodo and keeping our galaxy S7s we are saving $85 a month. Only difference is we get 2gig each instead of 4gig shared. I'm actually hoping for some nice black Friday or Christmas deal.

I am also waiting for better plans during BF or Christmas.
If Koodo offers decent plan, would jump to them most likely.

I am currently on the $40 3 GB plan with Bell and am looking to upgrade my device to the Mate 20 Pro. Just wondering if I do an online order, will I be able to receive the watch free or do I have to sign up for a new plan?

Also, do you guys think that bell would price match with rogers as rogers has it for $100 cheaper.

I'm currently on a corporate play (6G for $50), but I on longer work for that company. My 2 year term has ended. Any chance I can get a new phone and kinda renew the existing plan or a slightly more expensive plan? Or should I just buy my own phones.
Which number should I call? Appreciate it!!

Do you still have access to corporate plan website? Current corporate plan with subsidized phone is 5G for $60.
.
Ebay (462-0-0) - zhenya01
Heatware (28-0-0) - ViperZ

I'm waiting to see the BF pricing from Bell. Is it coming up this weekend? Not sure if the BF or the BD pricing is better, like for the pixel 3s.

Got this offer over chat for a new device on a second line. iPhone xs max 256gb upfront $789 minus $100.

$95 a month minus $10 so $85 a month.
4Gb data bonus.
$35 connection fee remains. No shipping fee. No sim fee.

Still waiting out for black Friday deals.

So far still sticking with Koodo for me. Bells galaxy s9 black friday is $155 per month for the 2 phones with 5gig. Koodo its $120 a month for 4gig, and if I get them at Walmart looks like I get a $200 gift card as well.

Bell is giving me nothing to work with tbh.

$0 iPhone 8+ (99$+100$ credit)
8GB (6+2 bonus)
Unlimited Canada wide.

$110

I’ve been with them for 5 years...
