Hoping someone can help me, seriously spent over an hour on the phone with tech support and they didn't help me at all and said I need to contact Apple ...

So I use outlook express with my ISP (Bell sympatico) on my Iphone 4s with iOS 6.01. I can receive all my incoming mail but my outgoing mail NEVER sends

Does anyone know how to fix this? I did a google search and tried the settings a guide said but still nothing

Current settings are
Incoming Mail server: pophm.sympatico.ca
Outgoing Mail Server: smtphm.sympatico.ca
Use SSL : On
Authentication: Password
Server Port: 995
