Watch out if you want to switch to Bell. Their CS is horrible. I had two phones one Mike, and one Telus PCS. I decided to switch the Mike phone to Bell due to serious network issues in my area, and because Bell is offering Billing by the Second.
Right from the start I had to fight with them to get them to honor their advertised plans and offers. It took almost two weeks, and I was a day away from terminating my contract with them (15 days to cancel, no penalty)
And then after I though I'd got everything sorted out I found out that 5 days after activating Bell had issued me a bill, and overcharged me around $20.
That took a few days to sort out too...
Well, after the horrible experience I got from bell, I decided to kept my Telus PCS phone, and the Telus matched the bell plan.
Conclusion: Bell CS is terrible & never had a problem with Telus in many many years.

Contrary to some of you guys who had bad experiences with Bell, I've never had any problems with them. My contract with Bell expired a few months ago but I wanted to keep my plan (it includes long distance with no extra charge) and get a new cell phone. I had to pay full price for my phone but I negotiated with them to waive my hardware upgrade fee.
Recently, my company had a deal with Bell to offer discount on cellular plans for employees and I was able to transfer my plan to my corporate plan. My new plan does not include long-distance but the monthly fee comes out much cheaper, and I can always use phone card to make long-distance calls. I told them I want a 3 years contract to get the 3 months free of unlimited calling and they agreed. I was surprised because I know they normally give the free months only to new customers.
I think my good experiences with Bell may have something to do with the fact that my parents have been long-time customers with them and that they have business account with Bell.
