Bell or Rogers for phone (voip or lan) and Internet?
Hey guys,
I'll be moving from Northern Ontario to Southern Ontario (Kitchener) shortly and will have the choice between Bell and Rogers for my internet and phone line.
I was trying to figure out the best way to save a couple bucks and Rogers would save me a couple dollars if I would bundle a package (tv/internet/phone). First and most importantly, I would like to have some feedback about the quality of service Rogers offers. I did some searching on the forum and found that that Rogers quality for their phone line can be 'poor' at times for their LAN lines. I never understood how this could be, considering they use the same telephone lines as Bell.
Moreover, I was also thinking of going with VOIP or digital telephone because it can save me $10/month, but I haven't heard any great reviews about it because of limited findings. Anyone currently on their VOIP package, any comments? suggestions?
Thanks!

Depends on your feature requirement
For me, Bell's basic landline is still the cheapest
plus I don't want to sign 2-yr contract to get bundle price
Bell offers bundle too, if you get ExpressVu/Sympatico/Cell
and I probably don't trust Rogers phone as much as Bell yet
regardless whether they use Sprint line, or VoIP (SO confusing)

Might want to edit your signature to remove referral info, people get banned for that.
