Bell Sympatico Internet
Does anyone contact their CSR's directly by e-mail to: Bell Sympatico [billing@sympatico.ca] ????
It's been about a month where every time I send them a question, I get an auto answer that tells me that I have to call in due to a temporary problem. I'd like to know if everyone is getting the same treatment, or I'm on a list....

on a side note, are there any other high speed providers in Quebec that do not require a residential phone line other than Videotron? thanks

All I know is that every time I try to unsubscribe from their stupid email newsletter it bounces back.
If it was anyone but Bell I'd be surprised.
