the $35 plan doesn't look all that bad to me. especially with no more SAF
500mb might be a bit low, depending on how much one uses data i suppose.

Damn, I just signed up for a voice-only plan on Bell. The $35 Telus plan would have been better for me.

Telus' $35 plan looks pretty awesome. Wonder if I can negotiate early evenings instead of unlimited messages/my5/double daytime (though I don't talk on the phone a lot so double daytime may be good enough).
None of the Telus plans offer call display? Is this a standard feature or how much does it cost?
Edit: Holy $@&^ $14.95 per month? For Call Display? Thats ridiculous. I can live without it, but I think i can better negotiate with Rogers to give me Telus' $35 (without SAF&911) with caller id thrown in.
Maybe I can use this as leverage with Rogers when my contract is up in Jan. I hate signing 3 year contracts and would much prefer the above package on a one year contract or month to month. My current plan plus all the fees robbers throws on top seems to add up to almost $35 anyhow.Last edited by SAN66; Nov 1st, 2009 at 09:07 AM.

Standard price listed on Telus' website. http://business.telus.com/en_CA/BC/p...play.html#tab2
It's probably possible to get a cheaper price, but really the voicemail/call id bundles from others is less than that $15 base price. Is this how they're compensating for including voicemail as part of their basic package?

That's the price for a Telus business landline. Regular price for CallerID on Telus Mobility is $7: http://www.telusmobility.com/en/BC/c...ldisplay.shtml

Be very careful.
Remember how they are justifying the cheap plan internally at Telus: they know that most people on the cheap plan will go over and end up owing them much more, and then eventually move up to the next higher plan.
