Bell TV and Home Phone

I am moving to a home and am wondering if I should go with Cogeco or Bell for TV and Phone
Internet I don't have to worry about as my company will be installing DSL for me and paying for it

but I am not sure about Bell... there prices do seem to be higher and are not offering any promo or deals as Cogeco offers 6 months promo and 3 month promos
