Belts
Whats the trend for belts for casual/business nowadays? Is Camoflauge dead/alive? What about belt buckles? Should they be big/small? How much would you pay for a belt? Thoughts/Opinions?

I saw some kid with a led lighted up belt that had words scrolling and stuff. I thought that was awesome, now I want one.

Big belt buckles is out now. I'd pay max $50 for a belt, and it'd have to be super awesome.

For business with a suit, you want a simple basic narrow belt. Get the 'regular' belts, not the ones with the plain square buckle. Too fashionable/casual for business attire.

Aug 30th, 2006 11:24 PM #8Personally, I think those silver rectangular buckles would work with a business attire. It gives it a little bit of a modern edge to the outfit.

white belt
white belt, black shoes ?
still consider taboo (is that the right word?)?
i've seen it in asian fashion but not over here of course.
i perfectly think its alright to wear a white belt, as long as u have something to complement that like a light/white tie. I wore it once to work at my p/t job at a clothes store. My co-worker's reaction was hilarious, i just told him, meh.. i just felt like it (then again, he was the only one that mentioned it).

What about those belts with the metal holes in them? Is that over or only HS girls would wear them? Someone didn't answer my Camo belt either...I saw a few people wear them but I don't know.

I don't care for either. Too "mall punk" for my tastes, but if it floats yer boat, why not go for it? We can't all dress the same now right?
