From experience Amazon.com will ship BD's to Canada no problem. Import fees is like tax so you wouldn't get dinged for brokage/handling fees afterwards.

I've ordered DVD sets from Amazon.com in the past and not had any issues. And it's true, the brokerage fee will make sure you don't have to pay any extra for duties after or anything. Infact, on my last order they refunded me some money because they didn't need to use all the brokerage fee (lol, 53 cent refund!)
