There's a big bubble tea place located on Victoria it's called the Bubble Tea Restaurant. But don't try the coffee there, I couldn't sleep with it.

yeah its got little wheat particles..good stuff. its also good served hoti like wheat germ. Try it, tastes like oatmeal flakes
