This just occurred to me in another thread, but it doesn't really say that the $750 limit has to be one TV. Does it?
If I'm interpreting this right, there is nothing to stop you from getting two smaller On Sale TV's totaling $750+ and still getting this.

Valid January 13 – February 9, 2012. Payment must be made with your Best Buy Card issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Minimum TV purchase of $750 before taxes at a Best Buy Canada location (not available in Quebec) required to receive a $100 credit. Credit will appear on your Best Buy Card account statement; credit must be applied to a purchase and cannot be issued as a refund cheque. Any refunds on your purchase may result in credit being forfeited. No reproductions. Not valid with staff discount. Excludes purchase of gift cards, installation, delivery and product plans.
