Is this tv’s HDR function any good. No reviews online!
Probably not. Toshiba TV's are generally pretty low quality
11 Bell Lines w/ 180GB shared, Unlimited Canada Wide Minutes (2 with Unlimited N.A Calling & Roaming) $720 / month ($65.45 each, 16.36gb each shared)

Would be better if the topic said Toshiba...... thought Amazon went into the TV business......

Any TV under $800 has non-existent HDR. Vizio P series and TCL are great options at the $800 and $1000 price points.

Disagree. HDR is more than just nit brightness. It is wider color gamut, the ability to use static or dynamic metadata to improve the way the image is displayed and highligting key areas. Even the crappiest HDR television will benefit with an HDR signal or feed that gives it information. Most SDR televisions rarely broke 100-200 nits brightness. Low end HDR televisions still hit 300-400 nowadays.

Now I am not saying you don't have a point in that quality HDR is available at higher price points, but a $450 dollar HDR television getting an HDR feed from Netflix or Amazon or through a UHD disc is still better than nothing.

Contrast ratio 4000:1 ....... better then the other cheap “HDR” TVs. Any comments people!!!! Ultimately is it worth it or not? With Black Friday comming up soon I know we will see more options or is this the one to get. l am looking for a $500 “HDR” compatible tv, I know I won’t get a real HDR tv at that price but want the cheapest TV that will accept a HDR signal. Or should I just hold out for a TCL that is at least HDR10 compatible i.e. a real HDR tv maybe going for 5 bills. Love you Redflagers, thanks in advance for any help.
