[Best Buy] Audio Technica M50xBT - $199 + up to 3% ebates

The new ATH-M50XBT are on sale at best buy for $199 –as are a few other Audio Technica headphones– , I've only seen them for sale in Canada @ around $280 on a couple websites.

It's not selling on amazon.ca, only the original non bluetooth version is.
You can get it on amazon.com for $199 + $37.84 shipping and import.

Something about headphones that make you want to buy them...

I’ve already got the QC35 II and the M50 wired... why do I feel like buying this...

I've been doing research on the Sennheiser 4.40 and 4.50. The 4.40 is cheaper (Bestbuy $129.99 price match amazon at $109.99 and get 10% of the difference too) and the 4.50 (Bestbuy $229.99 price match amazon at $169.99 and get 10% of the difference back).

The 4.40 has no NC but the 4.50 has NC.

Hope this link helps.

The KEF Space one (wired) is currently on sale at the same price range ($149). If you don't need top of the line ANC, then these could be added to the list of headphones to be considered:

I was actually considering those too. GREAT price but once again, after doing a lot of research on over the ear headphones, the 4.50 seem to beat everything.

I own HD 4.40 and have tried the HD 4.50 as well as Audio Technica ANC700 and m50xBT.

I liked the m50xBT the most but it was $280 at Best But. ANC700 fits okay but I did not like the sound as much as m50xBT comparing them side by side and it was $170 during new year sale at Best Buy. When I tried HD 4.40 and the HD 4.50 they sounded very close, sound signature is the same. It's just one has active NC and the other has passive NC which is not too bad. HD 4.50 also fits a little better around your ears and does not have as much of a clamp force on your head as HD 4.40 but at the end of the day I was able to get HD 4.40 for $90 tax in so I'm keeping for now but I must say I really liked the m50xBT so if you have the money I think it's a good buy at $200.

The comparison is not there for the m50x bt version. Hard to say which of the three is better, anybody know?

Out of the three which is good?

I remember ordering the ATH- DSR7BT from Amazon last year (it was a low price for that model) and they sent me the dsr5bt in a different colour instead, twice. So I still have no wireless around the ear cans

Has anyone seen the wired version on sale anywhere? I missed them at $150 for Black Friday. $200 is a great price for the BT ones, but I'd rather save $50 and have the wires...
