[Best Buy] Best buy/$850/Asus 15.6/i7-7700HQ/GTX1050 2GB/8GB RAM/FHD 1920x1080

Sell the 1TB Harddrive and use the proceeds to buy a small SSD and you got yourself a decent gaming laptop for $850

Most stores carry it, so feel free to check it out in person first.

Not bad. If it has SSD, should be better.

to be fair, i7-HQ machines are rarely this cheep, especially if you are looking for English keyboard ones (this one appears to have a English keyboard). Last time it was this cheap was when it turned out to be a Costco description error, as seen below.

If you're in Canada or US, then the keyboards are English (or English and French / bilingual). (and even so, that's called character set)

What you've attempted to refer to, but failed to correctly state, is keyboard layout differences between ANSI and ISO.

I think the dell G3 15inch from Microsoft store is better. Has a couple that about 10% more powerful in terms of extra frames per second in games. And the video card is a 1050ti.

I got the Acer Predator 17” which is the same design and similar features. One one gripe is I find the keyboard something to get use too. I miss type all the time due to the way it was designed. Kind of cramped to fit everything in bit still has room around the edges foot spread out the keyboard.

The difference between wanting and needing is how you justify it.
