Is this a good deal or should I wait for black Friday?

If you think Black Friday is going to get more than a 50% discount you should wait. I bought mine on Black Friday for $119.99 a couple of years ago and haven't regretted it a bit.

I feel the exact same. Use it every single day. The ability to do something close to sous vide is nice, and has worked well every time I do it. I make copycat egg bites (similar to the Starbucks ones), frozen veggies, yogurt, you name it this thing can run with it.

My biggest complaint is the dial. It sucks. It’s so touchy if you’re trying to get a specific time, it will jump 30 minutes so easily it can be incredibly frustrating.

But that’s not enough to knock it. This thing is a powerhouse and will take almost everything you throw at it, and is a much better unit than the fancier step up like the Max, which got slaughtered in tests.

The only thing that would improve the unit is Wi-Fi so that I can modify and check on things outside the home, but honesty it’s fine without.

$100 for this unit is great, like you I think I paid that amount when I bought it in 2017, it’s been one of those purchases I’ve regretted the least.

$100 is really good price. I paid $89 for it last year as Amazon was selling them for that online, so BB price-matched it. I bought 2 more for a Mothers Day gift and for my sister. I love this machine, its amazing. Cooking pot roast for 1 hour in it, makes the most tender meat. Its crazy!
