Isn't this the same promo they have on the BB flyer June 21 - 27 in ON?

I have heard rumors that Koodo charges you for 1 month of service upfront and that money is gone even if you port out after day 1.

Can someone confirm if it is true. This is for BC

Similar as the gift card amounts has been changing. Not that it matters much since there's no stock anywhere in the GTA when I checked yesterday night.

You've never been allowed to cancel within 14 days unless you make a big deal with a rep. Nothing is stopping you from porting out, though.

I cancelled after one day on Jan 1st (for an Iphone x, ended up paying $400 all in) and didn't make any big deal just asked and they seemed to be okay with it, I can't confirm it's still like this 6 months later but..

I was only charged 1 day of usage which is illegal but I am not going to fight over the 3-4 $ they charged me.

I just grabbed this 3 times, twice on friday and once last night. Saturday morning I was able to cancel immediately but only had to wait as they were busy probably from RFD effect. The wait times was like 2 hours to get it canceled fully.

No need to make a big fuss they just cancel. The reps didnt even try to make me stay with koodo. They only asked if I was keeping the phone or not.

Can you use best buy GCs to buy prepaid Visa/MasterCard? I called a best buy store and they told me you can only buy GCs for other stores?

In Mississauga, can anybody confirm ?
